浦江(02060.HK)主席6,805.5萬持股遭被動出售
浦江國際(02060.HK)公布,其執行董事、董事會主席及控股股東湯亮全資持有的Elegant Kindness所持公司6,805.5萬股(存放於設有保證金融資的證券交易賬戶),於上周三(9日)被若干股票經紀根據保證金融資協議在市場上被動出售,導致股價突然大跌及交易量大增。
緊接被動出售完成後及於目前,Elegant Kindness持有公司的權益比例佔公司已發行股本總額約60.37%。
公司指出,公司的業務、營運和財務狀況仍然維持穩定。另與第三方就建議收購達成協議,一經落實,將構成公司一項非常重大的收購事項。
該股於上周三下午3時39分起停牌,以待發布有關公司建議收購事項(構成內幕消息)的公告。該股停牌前報0.37元,跌81.7%。
