遠洋服務(06677.HK)擬7736萬元收購北京物業及深圳物業
格隆匯11月13日丨遠洋服務(06677.HK)發佈公吿,2022年11月11日,北京物業買方(遠洋億家物業服務股份有限公司,公司的全資附屬公司)與北京物業賣方(即北京遠創置業有限公司)訂立北京物業買賣協議,據此,北京物業賣方已同意出售總建築面積為3316.14平方米的北京物業,總對價為人民幣4896.83萬元;及深圳物業買方(中山遠洋物業服務有限公司,公司的全資附屬公司)與深圳物業賣方(即天基房地產開發(深圳)有限公司)訂立深圳物業買賣協議,據此,深圳物業賣方已同意出售建築面積為1555.84平方米的深圳物業,對價為人民幣2839.3萬元。該等物業將由集團佔用作為其自用辦公樓。
根據披露,北京物業位於北京市門頭溝區金沙西街17號院的遠洋都會中心(亦稱為遠洋新天地)1號樓3層、4層及5層。北京物業包括三個商用物業,即北京物業A、北京物業B及北京物業C,各自的建築面積為1105.38平方米,即有關三個物業的總建築面積為3316.14平方米。北京物業為北京物業賣方開發的一手物業且目前處於空置狀態。由於北京物業由北京物業賣方開發,因此無法提供其原始收購成本。北京物業當前並無受任何按揭限制。深圳物業位於深圳市龍崗區龍崗街道南聯連湖劉屋路的遠洋新幹線遠洋廣場13棟6層。深圳物業為一個商用物業,建築面積為1555.84平方米,其為深圳物業賣方開發的一手物業且目前處於空置狀態。由於深圳物業由深圳物業賣方開發,因此無法提供其原始收購成本。深圳物業當前並無受任何按揭限制。
