期权大单 | 迪士尼创2001年来最大单日跌幅，币圈再度腥风血雨！
一、期权异动
11月9日，美股Meta、迪士尼、XLE等标的出现了期权成交量上的较大变化，分别为日常成交量的2.8、5.5、2.5倍。
流媒体亏损大超预期，迪士尼周三重挫13%，创2001年来最大单日跌幅。迪士尼期权合约成交65.30万张，看涨期权占全部期权交易的49%。2022年11月11日到期行权价为85美元看跌期权的成交量特别高，成交量为16,473张。这意味着在期权市场中，投资者押注迪士尼本周股价将继续“萎靡不振”。
“窟窿太大”填不上，币安放弃收购FTX！
加密货币交易平台FTX.com的困境，在短暂的“喘息”后再度走向崩溃边缘。据报道，当地时间周三（9日），币安（Binance）宣布，在做了尽职调查后，以及考虑到FTX涉嫌不当处理客户资金和受到美国监管调查的消息，币安将不再推进收购FTX的计划。
此前一天，币安首席执行官赵长鹏宣布，这家全球最大的加密货币公司已达成一项非约束性协议，以未披露的金额收购FTX的非美国业务，从而将后者从流动性危机中解救出来。而今年早些时候，私人投资者对FTX的估值为320亿美元。
然而，在做了不到一天的尽职调查后，币安的高管很快发现陷入了一个财务黑洞，FTX的债务和资产之间的差距可能有几十亿美元，甚至可能超过60亿美元。
同时，美国SEC和司法部正调查加密货币平台FTX。知情人士透露，在加密货币平台FTX本周突然崩溃后，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）和司法部正在对该平台进行调查。知情人士还表示，这两个执法机构的工作人员周三保持了密切联系。司法部负责起诉欺诈等刑事违法行为，SEC负责投资者保护的民事法律的执行。
二、总成交量前10
美东时间11月9日（周三），美股大幅收跌，截止收盘，道琼斯指数跌1.95%，纳斯达克指数跌2.48%，标普500指数跌2.08%。明星科技股尾盘跌幅扩大，但裁员超1.1万、约占公司员工总数13%的“元宇宙”Meta涨近9%后收涨超5%，至两周新高。亚马逊跌超4%至2020年3月来最低，苹果跌超3%至6月下旬来最低。特斯拉跌超7%至2020年11月来最低，近7个交易日已暴跌22%，在440亿美元收购推特之后，马斯克出售约40亿美元的特斯拉持股。
