豐展(01826.HK)設合營拓中東樓宇建築及工程業務
豐展控股(01826.HK)公佈,其間接全資附屬FDB Investment與合營夥伴Menas Global、歐建仁及Bapi Dash訂立協議以成立合營企業Inobild FDB Constructions Limited,註冊資本將爲2,000美元,FDB Investment與合營夥伴分別出資900美元及1,100美元。
完成後FDB Investment、Menas Global及歐建仁於合營企業的持股量分別爲45%、45%及10%。
合營企業將主要在以色列、沙地阿拉伯及阿聯酋從事爲模塊化建築的建設項目提供樓宇建築及工程服務;及在以色列、沙地阿拉伯及阿聯酋提供與模塊化建築有關的建設項目管理及配套諮詢服務。
