格隆匯11月10日丨中國電信(601728.SH)公佈，當前，新一代數字技術加快規模商用，多技術融合創新進一步驅動產業變革，數字經濟成為國民經濟發展的穩定器和重要引擎。公司堅持新發展理念，把握新一輪科技革命和產業變革帶來的戰略機遇，應對國內疫情帶來的挑戰，統籌疫情防控和企業經營發展，全面實施“雲改數轉”戰略，加大科技創新力度，深入推進雲網融合，不斷深化體制機制改革，積極拓展合作共贏的開放新生態，加快打造服務型、科技型、安全型企業，持續與股東、客户和社會共享高質量發展成果。
公司圍繞客户數字生活需求，堅持以5G引領個人信息化升級，持續提升5G網絡覆蓋，不斷創新5G應用，加快千兆產品規模拓展，進一步推進智慧家庭、智慧社區和數字鄉村的融通發展，驅動用户規模和價值穩步提升。積極推動數字經濟和實體經濟深度融合發展，推進垂直行業的數字化、智能化升級，助力社會數字化轉型發展。
2022年前三季度，公司營業收入為人民幣3578.43億元，較去年同期增長9.6%，歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為人民幣245.87億元，較去年同期增長8.3%。公司產業數字化收入達到人民幣856.32億元，天翼雲收入繼續保持翻番；5G套餐用户達到約2.51億户，滲透率達到64.4%；智慧家庭價值貢獻持續提升，寬帶綜合ARPU達到人民幣46.6元。
公司高度重視股東回報和投資者利益，2022年前三季度先後已派發2021年年度和2022年中期現金紅利，共計派發26,537,070,222.71元(含税)，金額較2021年同期增長214.5%，達到各報吿期內歸屬於公司股東淨利潤的60%。同期，控股股東中國電信集團有限公司累計增持本公司525,507,613股A股股份。
