南北水 | 北上資金連續三日淨買入美的集團，南下資金淨買入港股40.31億港元
今日，北向資金繼續淨賣出，全天淨賣出7.57億元，其中，滬股通淨賣出0.24億元，深股通淨賣出7.33億元。
前十大成交股中，五糧液、比亞迪、長江電力分別獲淨賣出6.3億元、5.19億元、2.67億元。美的集團淨買入額居首，金額為3.35億元。北上資金連續三天淨買入美的集團，共計9.73億元。
南向資金今日合計淨買入40.3億港元，其中，港股通（滬）淨買入14.77億港元，港股通（深）淨買入25.53億港元。
十大成交活躍股方面，美團-Ｗ、建設銀行、騰訊控股分別獲淨買入3.23億港元、3.18億港元、1.24億港元；理想汽車-Ｗ遭淨賣出0.14億港元。南下資金自8月25日迄今已連續48日淨買入騰訊，累計約372.8565億港元。
南水關注個股
比亞迪今日跌3.48%，消息面上，比亞迪於11月8日連續舉行四場電話會議，接待以上投摩根、Capital World Investors等外資機構為主的機構投資者調研，比亞迪證券事務代表吳越等出席會議。這是自今年9月底以來，比亞迪首次密集接待投資者調研。在本輪調研中，機構投資者主要關注比亞迪出海進展以及高端品牌騰勢的交付情況。目前，在乘用車領域，比亞迪已陸續進入澳大利亞、哥倫比亞、巴西、新加坡、哥斯達黎加、泰國等多國市場。10月，出海的最大亮點是元PLUS車型。
長江電力微跌0.6%，國泰君安認為，火電盈利修復仍難達到合理水平，電價或成為破局關鍵，電力市場化推進有望完善電價合理構成。維持公用事業“增持”評級，重視具備可持續成長屬性的泛新能源運營商，推薦細分領域龍頭標的。
北水關注個股
建設銀行跌1.35%。消息面上，我國首個住房租賃基金在北京正式設立，將通過盤活市場存量房產，向個人租户提供長租房服務。這個住房租賃基金由建設銀行負責運作，募集資金規模為人民幣300億元。出租對象主要是目前沒有購房資格或者買不起房，也沒有租賃廉租房資格的新市民羣體，房租價格將低於周邊平均租價10%左右。
