內房物管股受政策消息鼓動舞起 藍籌潤地(01109.HK)及中海外(00688.HK)升逾4%-5.5%
北京通州區台湖和馬駒橋地區商品房不再執行「雙限購」。此外,中國《金融時報》稱,步入2022年末內房整體融資環境出現更多有利情形,預計年內房地產市場逐步觸底企穩。據中指研究院數據顯示,今年10月房地產企業非銀融資總額按年升16.4%至556.8億元人民幣,為年內首現正增長。
民營內房還有多一重政策消息利好。中國銀行間市場交易商協會周二在網站上發布公告稱,將2018年設立的民企債券融資支持工具擴容,預計可支持約2,500億元人民幣民營企業債券融資,後續可視情況進一步擴容。
內房股今早全面急漲,尤其是旭輝(00884.HK)曾飆45%至0.81元,現報0.79元,飆41%;藍籌龍湖(00960.HK)和碧桂園(02007.HK)曾急漲21%及26%分別高見16.22元及1.82元,現報15.08元及1.75元,急漲13%及22%;藍籌內房潤地(01109.HK)及中海外(00688.HK)曾漲近8%及9.6%高見29.6元及17.84元,現報28.6元及17.2元,升逾4%-5.5%。
萬科(02202.HK)、越秀地產(00123.HK)、美的置業(03990.HK)、金茂(00817.HK)、遠洋(03377.HK)、寶龍(01238.HK)、綠城(03900.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)、富力(02777.HK)和合景泰富(01813.HK)升近6%-13.5%,後者最強曾高見1.15元。此外,時代中國(01233.HK)曾漲27%高見0.76元,現報0.71元,漲18%。
物管股也跟隨內房造好,尤其是藍籌碧服(06098.HK)高見11.98元,現報11.86元,急漲14%;中海物業(02669.HK)及旭輝永升服務(01995.HK)急漲14%及13%,曾分別高見6.93元及3.06元。合景悠活(03913.HK)升11%報1.1元。
新城悅服務(01755.HK)、雅生活服務(03319.HK)、保利物業(06049.HK)及融創服務(01516.HK)升逾5%-8%。
內地10月通脹年率再度放緩至2.1%(前值升2.8%創近兩年半高),低於市場預期升2.4%;PPI按年轉降1.3%(前值升0.9%),為2020年底以來首降,但仍不及市場預期轉降1.5%。國指今早反覆造好,高低見5,674/5,570,現報5,616,反覆升近0.3%;但恆指今早反覆續軟,高低見16,730/16,440,現報16,542,反覆續吐14點;總成交額405億元。
