益美國際控股(01870.HK)附屬信能中和向全球發佈便攜式儲能產品
格隆匯11月8日丨益美國際控股(01870.HK)公吿，浙江信能中和科技有限公司，是集團的附屬公司，設於中華人民共和國浙江省寧波市，主要從事新能源產品的研發、製造、銷售及服務，包括太陽能、氫能及儲能系統。
董事會謹此向公司股東及潛在投資者提供以下與(1)信能中和向全球發佈便攜式儲能產品；(2)集團擬於澳門地區拓展太陽能分佈式電站相關的最新進展。
(1)信能中和向全球發佈便攜式儲能產品。
於公吿日期，信能中和已完成"SUNEWTRAL"自主品牌商標在中國、中國香港及歐盟的註冊。於2022年10月31日通過線上直播形式向全球發佈產品品牌"SUNEWTRAL"，並向全球推出便攜式移動儲能N系列，N200、N600；快充T系列，T1000、T2200；便攜式太陽能發電板S100和S140系列。
N系列產品主要圍繞輕便、實用和高性能等特點。N600作為户外露營和家庭應急用電的入門級產品，滿足户外和家庭電子設備的基本電力保障。T系列全型號產品融入先進的UPS不間斷電源安全管理系統、PCS雙向逆變快充技術、PCK逆變器並機管理系統三大創新技術，以高兼容性、多標準化輸入輸出端口，全面提升安全用電體驗。
S100和S140便攜式太陽能發電板作為便攜式儲能產品的配套產品，高達23%轉化率，每款產品均帶有可調整支架，對應太陽照射角度獲取更優充電效果。信能中和作為一家新興的能源科技企業，已在新能源賽道上聚能出發，通過不斷的科技創新和技術迭代，向全球用户繼續推出新技術和新產品。
信能中和計劃2022年底前推出家用儲能產品，並於2023年初推出工商業户儲能產品及一體化解決方案。
(2)於澳門地區拓展太陽能分佈式電站。
公司正與獨立第三方澳門合作伙伴，於澳門地區成立集團控股合資公司，即勝峯綠色能源科技有限公司。該澳門公司主要從事開發及投資太陽能分佈式電站。於公吿日，該澳門公司正在澳門探索若干商機。
