陳啟宗:大灣區發展是本港獨特優勢
恆隆地產(00101.HK)董事長陳啟宗在「慶回歸廿五載,迎聚灣區、盈滿機遇」論壇上表示,內地與香港連結很重要,因為整個大灣區將獲得大學、科技、金融、及製造的優勢,而這亦是香港的獨特優勢。
他指出,全球化趨勢正進行根本性改變,一個地方的發展,需要擁有天然資源、土地、及人力,因此大灣區需與內地聯繫,以掌握更好發展。他又認為,要有「錢途」,就要學好普通話。
他又表示,本港發展要擴大視野,內地除了有大灣區,長三角區域及京津冀城市群亦是一些大發展區。(sl/a) ~
