《本地樓市》啟德「澐璟」或短期公布銷售安排 本月首輪銷售
華潤置地(海外)及保利置業合作的啟德住宅項目「澐璟」開放經改動兩房戶等共三個新示範單位予傳媒參觀。保利置業(香港)銷售及市務部總監朱美儀在記者會上表示,項目上周五(4日)起向公眾開放首三個示範單位,連周末三日共錄得逾3,800人次參觀,參觀人士對三房特別感興趣。
她指,發展商將向公眾開放全部六個示範單位,會積極考慮於首批單位推出兩房、三房及四房戶型,目前仍在考慮會否以價單形式推出,估計或短期公布銷售安排,並於本月首輪銷售。
