德商產投服務(02270.HK)附屬簽訂三項租賃關連交易
德商產投服務(02270.HK)公布關連交易,其間接非全資附屬公司德商遠泓、德商永潤及德恆鴻,承租德商高欣的御璟租賃物業,自2022年12月8日起至2037年8月7日止為期14年8個月。
整個交易涉及3個協議,分別涉及的物業為成都市雙流區觀東三街158號6號樓物業的3至31樓,於整個租賃期間應付之租金總額將約分別為,8570萬元人民幣(下同)、8,570萬元、及7,710萬元,預期將由集團內部資源撥付。
