紫金(02899.HK)近44億元入股招金(01818.HK)20% 成第二大股東
紫金礦業(02899.HK)公布,與招金礦業(01818.HK)股東豫園股份(600655.SH)簽署協議,公司擬通過大宗交易方式收購豫園持有的招金6.54億股H股,每股作價6.72元,較招金上交易日(4日)收報折讓1.75%,對價共約43.95億元。完成後,公司將成為招金第二大股東,持股20%。
招金保有黃金資源量1,219噸,權益資源量942噸。完成後,紫金按20%權益計算黃金資源量將增加188噸,權益礦產金年產量增加約4噸。
