建發國際(01908.HK)建議採納限制性股份激勵計劃 涉發行5,000萬至1億股
建發國際(01908.HK)公布,今日董事會建議採納本激勵計劃。根據本激勵計劃,董事會擬向合共不超過700名激勵對象授予合共5,000萬至1億股(具體數量以實際認購情況為準)限制性股份,佔已發行股份總數約3.14%至6.28%,及經擴大後股本約3.04%至5.91%。本激勵計劃中任何一名激勵對象獲授予的股份總數不會超過公司股本總額的1%。
本激勵計劃有待於股東大會及相關監管機構批准後方能生效。公司將根據於股東大會授予之特別授權配發及發行新股份。
