中銀保監肖遠企:內銀於地產行業不良貸款非常低 僅約1%
中銀保監副主席肖遠企在香港金管局國際金融領袖投資峰會上表示,房地產行業在中國經濟上扮演非常重要的角色,對行業的發展非常關注。在銀行業的層面而言,銀保監的監管顯示,銀行於房地產行業的相關業務水平非常合理,約佔總貸款的26%,而大型銀行的已授貸款佔比多於中小型銀行。
他指,目前中國房地產行業已見穩定,銀行於地產行業的不良貸款仍非常低,僅約1%,甚至低於平均水平。另一方面,銀行對地產業的貸款主要為住房貸款,佔比達九成,貸款質素亦非常高,過去二十年房貸的違約率僅0.1%。
