百勝中國(09987.HK):第三季度經調整淨利潤2.08億美元 同比增加117%

格隆匯11月2日丨百勝中國(09987.HK)發佈公吿,2022年第三季度,總收入為26.8億美元,較去年同期的25.5億美元增加5%(或增加11%,不計及外幣換算的影響)。系統銷售額較去年同期增加5%,其中肯德基和必勝客分別增加5%和7%,不計及外幣換算的影響。同店銷售額較去年同期持平,其中肯德基與去年同期持平,必勝客增加2%,不計及外幣換算的影響。本季度共淨新增239家門店,截至2022年9月30日,門店總數達到12,409家。餐廳利潤率為18.8%,去年同期為12.2%。經營利潤為3.16億美元,較去年同期的1.78億美元增加77%(或增加86%,不計及外幣換算的影響)。經調整經營利潤為3.18億美元,較去年同期的1.68億美元增加89%(或增加99%,不計及外幣換算的影響)。淨利潤為2.06億美元,較去年同期的1.04億美元增加98%,主要是由於經營利潤增加,部分被公司對美團點評按市值計價的股權投資淨虧損所抵消。經調整淨利潤為2.08億美元,較去年同期的9,600萬美元增加117%(或增加72%,不計及公司按市值計價的股權投資於2022年和2021年第三季度分別帶來的1,200萬美元和3,200萬美元的淨虧損;或增加81%,同時不計及外幣換算的影響)。每股攤薄盈利為0.49美元,較去年同期的0.24美元增加104%。
