越秀地產(00123.HK)收購杭州上城區地塊25.76%實際權益
越秀地產(00123.HK)公佈,於10月20日已透過其擁有95%權益的附屬公司及合營夥伴,以成立合營企業的方式,間接收購杭州上城區地塊約25.755%實際權益。
杭州濱泓房地產開發持有杭州上城地塊的全部權益,且杭州上城地塊的土地成交價約爲61.93億元人民幣。公司僅就開發杭州上城地塊而成立,其財務業績將合併到財務業績。
