增持300萬股股權後,龍湖大股東再次出手購買美金債
10月31日晚間,龍湖集團(00960.HK)發佈公吿稱,公司控股股東Charm Talent International Limited(下稱“Charm Talent”)在公開市場買入2027年到期的優先票據本金500萬美元。
稍早前,龍湖大股東在公開市場增持龍湖集團股票300萬股,合計投入資金2859萬港元。本次股份增持後,Charm Talent持有龍湖集團已發行股本約43.41%,佔比進一步提升。
公吿表示,未來控股股東會在適當時機持續增持龍湖集團股權及債券。
昨日,龍湖集團管理層投資者會議之後,花旗銀行、CIMB、摩根史丹利、海通證券、美林證券均發佈報吿,維持對龍湖集團的買入評級。海通證券認為,“龍湖集團第三季度銷售額同比轉正,投資性物業租金收入貢獻突出,9、10月份有較好的土地獲取節奏。”此外,花旗銀行給定的目標價是50.1元港幣。
