百盛集團(03368.HK)承租江西南昌物業經營購物中心等
百盛集團(03368.HK)公佈,公司間接全資附屬,與業主就中國江西南昌迎賓中大道2013號盛匯廣場4號樓負一層、一層至四層物業訂租賃協議,租期自將於物業開設的購物中心的實際開業日期起計20年,總面積2.86萬平方米,每月租金及物業管理費每平方米25元人民幣,每滿三年遞增5%。
集團將以「百盛」的商標及商號以及「PARKSON」的名稱及徽標經營購物中心、批發物流、餐飲、影視、娛樂、酒吧及咖啡店、美容美髮沙龍、婚禮服務、健身中心、商業活動中心等服務項目、設立辦公室、倉庫及屬於租客業務經營範圍內的其他商業項目。
