海晨股份(300873.SZ)與中電互聯簽訂戰略合作協議 聯手打造面向製造業生產性工業互聯網物流特色平台
格隆匯10月31日丨海晨股份(300873.SZ)公佈，2022年10月28日，公司)與中電工業互聯網有限公司(以下簡稱“中電互聯”)簽訂了《共同推動智慧物流創新發展戰略合作協議》。合作內容包括：
(1)共同打造製造業生產性工業互聯網特色平台
基於公司20年在電子器件、新能源汽車等製造業生產性物流行業營運積累的豐富的知識體系以及管理經驗，憑藉中電互聯基於PK體系的BachOS國家雙跨平台優勢，以及5G+數字化工廠、智能裝備、智能終端、工業軟件、平台及安全服務等解決方案技術能力，雙方聯合打造面向製造業生產性工業互聯網物流特色平台，組建專家攻關團隊，突破物流、自動化倉儲領域工業機理建模、數字孿生與工業仿真等關鍵技術，為製造業生產性物流賦能。
(2)共同研發打造SMT元器件物流解決方案
響應國家制造業振興、數字化轉型及製造業與服務業兩業融合的戰略，依託中電互聯在數字化SMT產線與SMT行業雲平台相關電子信息製造領域優勢經驗以及公司在電子信息領域沉澱的“硬件+軟件+算法+平台”一體化的倉儲物流解決方案能力，針對中小型SMT企業生產運輸等環節中的痛點和癢點，雙方聯合研發面向SMT企業的MES、TMS、WMS、BMS、OMS、VMI、WCS、質量管理APP等倉儲物流解決方案。共同打造面向SMT元器件領域的特色鮮明、示範帶動作用強的企業數字化轉型示範標杆，並以點帶面將解決方案向重點行業全面推廣。
(3)共同開展全國自動化倉儲業務合作
雙方積極拓展合作領域深度、合作區域廣度，不斷探索區域轉型發展新模式、新路徑。依託雙方平台能力及產業資源優勢，雙方成立聯合拓展團隊，常態化多渠道、多路徑溝通，聯合開展項目方案編制以及平台建設與運營，保持全流程深度協作，固化形成可複製推廣的合作模式，在全國進行拓展，聯合承建更多自動化倉儲項目。
