久易股份闖關創業板，擬募資9.38億元，聚焦農藥原藥及製劑
公開信息顯示，近日安徽久易農業股份有限公司(以下簡稱“久易股份”)公佈了首次公開發行股票並在創業板上市招股説明書，保薦人為國元證券。
久易股份的主營業務為農藥原藥及製劑的研發、生產和銷售。公司緊緊圍繞小麥、玉米等我國重要口糧和糧食作物的植保防護，主導產品為丙硫菌唑、環磺酮、煙嘧磺隆和苯磺隆的原藥及製劑。
根據招股書，沈運河直接持有公司3,379.01萬股股份，佔公司總股本的62.85%，並擔任公司董事長兼總經理，能夠對公司經營決策產生重大影響。孫玉文系沈運河的配偶，直接持有公司250.97萬股股份，佔公司總股本的4.67%，在公司無任職。沈運河與孫玉文夫婦合計控制公司股份比例為67.52%，為公司的實際控制人，沈運河為公司控股股東。
本次IPO擬募資9.38億元，主要用於5,000 噸/年新型廣譜殺菌劑丙硫菌唑原藥合成項目。

報吿期內，久易股份實現營收5.29億元、6.66億元、9.28億元、8.95億元，歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤分別為2673.06萬元、3873.23萬元、7616.84萬元、1.53億元。

報吿期內，公司綜合毛利率分別為21.07%、19.68%、18.87%、25.91%， 2019-2021年呈下降趨勢，近三年整體低於同行業可比上市公司平均水平。

久易股份在2019年1月30日取得丙硫菌唑原藥及製劑在國內的首批登記。2019-2021年，公司丙硫菌唑產品分別實現銷售收入8982.58萬元、1.99億元、3.92億元，複合增長率達到108.85%，是公司的主導產品之一。

事實上，丙硫菌唑和環磺酮作為化合物專利到期農藥品種，在全球殺菌劑和除草劑領域具有較大的商業價值，市場關注度較高。根據公開信息查詢，國際市場上，丙硫菌唑化合物的專利到期後，先正達、巴斯夫、安道麥等作物保護領先的國際公司競相參與該產品的研製與市場開發。巴斯夫和安道麥在英國和德國等地推出了含丙硫菌唑的製劑產品，2021年巴斯夫在美國推出Sphaerex（丙硫菌唑+葉菌唑）復配製劑產品；巴西已批准登記安道麥、先正達、UPL 等公司的丙硫菌唑製劑產品。
國內市場上，目前有發行人、海利爾、河北興柏、泰禾股份等10餘家企業相繼取得丙硫菌唑原藥國內登記，發行人、海利爾和中南化工取得丙硫菌唑相關製劑的國內登記，久易股份的丙硫菌唑產品未來或將面臨較為激烈的市場競爭。
值得注意的是，久易股份生產使用的部分原材料有易燃、易爆、腐蝕、有毒等性質，產品生產過程中涉及部分危險工藝，對設備安全性及人工操作適當性要求較高，存在着因物品保管及操作不當等原因造成意外安全事故的風險。根據招股書顯示，2020年9月25日，公司苯磺隆車間內發生一起溶劑處理過程中反應釜底部閥門泄漏爆燃事故，事故造成2人死亡，3人受傷，公司按照要求停產整改，直到2020年12月才開始陸續復產，而這一安全生產事件給公司生產經營造成了一定影響。
