中國銀行(03988.HK)完成發行600億元二級資本債券
格隆匯10月26日丨中國銀行(03988.HK)公佈,本行於2022年6月30日召開的2021年股東周年大會審議批准了本行於2024年末前發行不超過1,200億元人民幣或等值外幣的減記型合格二級資本工具的議案。經中國銀行保險監督管理委員會和中國人民銀行批准,本行於2022年10月24日在全國銀行間債券市場發行總額為600億元人民幣的二級資本債券,並於2022年10月26日發行完畢。
該期債券包括兩個品種。品種一為10年期固定利率債券,發行規模為450億元人民幣,票面利率為3.02%,在第5年末附發行人贖回權;品種二為15年期固定利率債券,發行規模為150億元人民幣,票面利率為3.34%,在第10年末附發行人贖回權。
該期債券募集的資金將依據適用法律和監管部門的批准,補充本行的二級資本。
