保利置業(00119.HK)「CHILL RESIDENCE 朗譽」最快下月推售
保利置業(00119.HK)與尚嘉控股合作項目,命名為「CHILL RESIDENCE 朗譽」,涉634伙,主打一至兩房戶,預計關鍵日期於2025年3月31日。
保利置業(香港)銷售及市務部總監朱美儀表示,項目上周已獲批預售樓花同意書,亦準備好樓書,定價將參考九龍東區樓盤,料最快月內公布樓書,有機會下月推售。
該項目位於油塘高超道29號,由2座住宅大樓組成,提供634伙,實用面積為由246至1,601平方呎,該項目戶型包括,開放式戶佔63伙,一房戶佔285伙、兩房戶佔252伙、三房戶佔31伙。
以標準單位計,涵蓋開放式至三房間隔,實用面積由246至730平方呎,當中一及兩房戶型佔85%;項目另設3伙頂層特色戶,實用面積由714至1,601平方呎,包括五房間隔。預計關鍵日期為2025年3月31日。
項目取名朗譽,「朗」字意指被茂密山巒和晴朗天空包圍,而英文名CHILL RESIDENCE則意味項目將為住戶帶來型格、自主的都會生活。
上述項目位處的地皮,保利置業在2018年以33億元投得,每呎樓面地價約9,257元,屬當時市場下限。
