中遠海控(601919.SH)：Syncon Hub數字化供應鏈產品上線
格隆匯10月24日丨中遠海控(601919.SH)公佈，2022年10月24日，公司旗下電商平台Syncon Hub客户端四大服務頻道，全面優化升級為海運、陸運、報關、倉配四大產品板塊，標誌着中遠海控數字化供應鏈服務正式登陸電商平台Syncon Hub。
Syncon Hub的數字化供應鏈產品主要呈現出以下四個特點：
一是打造全鏈產品。經過此次升級，Syncon Hub不僅進一步做強集裝箱海運這一線上主打產品，更是將陸運產品、報關產品這兩項海運延伸服務進行專項運營。其中，倉儲配送產品在Syncon Hub平台上首次試點，使Syncon Hub能夠為電商客户提供全程端到端服務。
二是全流程可視。一方面，實現了訂單、訂艙、單證、發票等具體業務操作全流程隨時隨地盡在掌握；另一方面，實現了貨物在全球的動態實時跟蹤，無論是在海上還是在內陸，貨物的位置和狀態都能在Syncon Hub平台上清晰呈現。
三是客服智能化。AI智能客服不僅可以為客户提供7*24小時在線解答服務，專業解決大量重複性的繁瑣問題，極大提升服務品質和客户體驗，還可以通過不斷升級的自主學習專業服務方案，為客户紓困解難，並提供更具差異化、個性化的服務。
四是一站式平台。通過多元化的產品組合和數字化賦能，形成為客户提供一站式供應鏈物流解決方案，不僅以更簡潔的界面為客户提供快捷高效的一站式入口，更能夠給客户以更多的產品組合選項，滿足不同的需求。客户既可以選擇享受覆蓋以海運為核心的包括鐵路和拖車在內的全流程線上服務，也可以根據自己的需求選擇不同的專項服務，實現產品的個性化自由組合。
此次數字化供應鏈產品的上線，是中遠海控繼供應鏈物流事業部正式運營後推出的又一個重要舉措。未來，中遠海控將以集裝箱運輸為核心，努力打造覆蓋全球的“集裝箱航運+港口+相關物流”三位一體數字化供應鏈體系，為客户提供更多數字化供應鏈產品。
