《本地樓市》新地(00016.HK)元朗「PARK YOHO Bologna」獲逾千票 周四首輪售66伙
新地代理總經理陳漢麟表示,新地(00016.HK)旗下元朗住宅項目「PARK YOHO Bologna」迄今累計錄得逾1,000個購樓意向登記,其中區內客佔約60%,投資者佔約30%。
他指,項目已公布銷售安排第1號,將於本周四(27日)進行首輪推售共66伙,當中以價單形式發售60伙,以招標形式發售6伙,招標單位全為特色戶。
陳漢麟提到,項目將視乎首輪推售的銷情考慮進一步部署,加推單位有一定程度的加價空間。
