中糧包裝(00906.HK)公布,目前公眾持股量仍維持於1月26日之水平於約21.72%,低於上市規則的最低規定百分比25%。
另外,公司指,目前正分別與新賣方、公司第二及第三大主要股東商談有關股東出售事項。新賣方尚未和任何一方達成任何書面或口頭、直接或間接共識。股東出售中的主要股東有可能是公司第二或第三大股東,或兩者皆是。各方已開展《企業國有資產評估管理暫行辦法》規定的備案工作。按最近的預期備案完成時間,預計新建議收購的協議將於11月下旬定稿。
