格隆匯10月24日丨紫金礦業(2899.HK)高開超3%,報8.11港元,總市值2102億港元。該公司上週五公佈2022年第三季度報吿,報吿期營業收入717.34億元,同比增長21.35%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤40.37億元,同比下降13.24%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤38.99億元,同比下降10.92%。2022年1-9月,營業收入2041.91億元,同比增長20.84%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤166.67億元,同比增長47.47%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤159.23億元,同比增長51.80%。公司還宣佈,擬回購股份的資金總額不低於人民幣2.5億元且不超過人民幣5億元,回購價格不超過人民幣8.50元/A股(含)。
