《本地樓市》新世界(00017.HK)旗下首個私人資助房屋項目月底闖城規會 料明年動工
新世界(00017.HK)發言人表示,歡迎《施政報告》提出全新「私人發展商參與興建資助房屋先導計劃」,而旗下「新世界建好生活」首個私人資助房屋項目將於本月28日在城規會審議,預計明年動工,涉300伙。
新世界表示,《施政報告》提出多項優化土地規劃及發展北部都會區的建議,集團將積極配合相關政策。新世界現時約有1,500萬平方呎農地位於北都,正積極研究發展當中約400萬呎土地,若全部土地成功轉換,預計可提供約1,200萬平方呎樓面面積。
