香港上海大酒店(00045.HK)附屬簽訂綠色銀團貸款協議 涉6.75億英鎊
香港上海大酒店(00045.HK)公布,附屬HSH Financial Services Limited與九家銀行共同簽訂一項6.75億英鎊三年期的綠色銀團貸款協議,為現有的6.5億英鎊銀團貸款進行再融資,並以匯豐銀行作為此協議的綠色貸款顧問。該項貸款到期日為2025年,將繼續用於支付倫敦半島酒店項目的建築及營運費用。
此項新銀團貸款共涉及九間銀行參與貸款安排,包括星展銀行、中銀香港(02388.HK)、華僑銀行、大華銀行、恆生銀行(00011.HK)、富邦銀行(香港)、匯豐銀行、東亞銀行(00023.HK),及三井住友銀行。
