特斯拉Q3營收214.5億美元,營收、交付均創新高仍不及預期,馬斯克的目標懸了?

特斯拉發佈的最新財報顯示,特斯拉汽車第三季度總營收為214.54億美元(摺合人民幣約1550.86億元),與去年同期的137.57億美元相比增長56%;不過仍低於分析師預期的220.9億美元,這是2021年第三季度以來首次季度營收低於預期。

財報顯示,第三季度自由現金流33.0億美元,預估28.9億美元;第三季度調整後每股盈利1.05美元,市場預期1.01美元;第三季度汽車業務毛利率為27.9%,市場預期為28.4%,連續第二個季度低於30%。

在交付量方面,特斯拉三季度交付汽車34.383萬輛,需要注意的是,雖然交付量創單季高,卻低於華爾街預期的約35.8萬輛。另外,特斯拉還指出,今年三季度各個地區的工廠都創造了各自的單季產量新高。

三季度財報中,特斯拉繼續重申“計劃儘快擴大製造產能”,並繼續重申多年內年均交付增速的預期,

“在多年期間內,我們預計汽車交付量的平均年度增速會達到50%。這一增速將取決於設備的能力、工廠的正常運轉時間、運營效率、供應鏈的能力和穩定。”

特斯拉方面還表示,原材料成本上漲,柏林和得克薩斯州新工廠的效率低下均擠壓了特斯拉的盈利能力,同時,物流波動和供應鏈瓶頸雖然已經有所改善,但仍然是直接挑戰。

業績電話會上,特斯拉高管一致認為,大多數大宗商品的價格正在下跌,但運費卻貴得出奇。馬斯克稱,若沒有任何激勵政策,特斯拉電池費用恐怕會達到70美元/千瓦時。他確認,特斯拉正在美國得州修建鋰冶煉廠。

財報中,其列舉了一些影響營收和盈利能力的因素,正面影響因素包括:汽車交付量增長;汽車平均售價(ASP)同比上漲;由於上一季度上海工廠 Q2生產受限,ASP環比二季度下跌;其他業務的收入和利潤增長。

負面影響因素包括:外匯的負面影響,其中外匯對利潤的負面影響達2.5億美元;原材料、大宗商品、物流、保修、加急送貨的成本增加。特斯拉在美國得州和德國柏林工廠生產爬坡的成本,以及4680電池擴大生產的成本。

財報業績電話會上,特斯拉CEO馬斯克説,似乎我們將擁有史詩般的一年結尾(epic end of year),預計汽車交付量將在四季度創新紀錄,公司預計四季度車輛需求將“相當不錯”。特斯拉正在研究廉價的下一代車輛平台。

特斯拉本月早些時候表示,該公司在7月至9月季度的汽車交付量環比增長35%,但依然低於產量和分析師預期。

高級分析師JesseCohen認為,特斯拉可能面臨着新增產能的挑戰,今年很可能無法完成交付量增長50%的目標,“特斯拉糟糕的季度是宏觀經濟不確定性對其電動汽車需求產生一定影響的最新跡象。”

馬斯克一直在為440億美元收購Twitter籌集現金。部分分析師認為,在特斯拉發佈財報後,馬斯克可能需要再出售30億美元特斯拉股票才能幫助他完成這筆交易。
