據報旭輝(00884.HK)提前兌付ABN債券 擬發不逾10億人幣增信債券
據《澎湃新聞》報道,旭輝控股集團(00884.HK)將於下周二(25日)到期的「21融一ABN004優先」債券的本息提前匯出。據wind信息顯示,該債券全稱「融一2021年度第四期定向資產支持票據優先級」,資產類型為應收賬款債券,發行總額為3億元人民幣,債券期限為365日,票面利率為4.3%,發行日為2021年10月20日,兌付日為2022年10月25日。
此外,旭輝控股集團有意再次發行由中債信用增進公司全額擔保的債券,金額不超過10億元人民幣。
