碧桂園(02007.HK):碧桂園文商旅簽約惠州及雅安兩個項目
碧桂園(02007.HK)宣布,旗下商業空間資產營運業務碧桂園文商旅上月底與惠州市唐鴻實業投資就惠州唐鴻時代廣場完成簽約,將旗下商業產品線「碧樂匯」引入當地,結合當地經濟發展與消費習慣制定全新經營思路,計劃將原有項目升級為「惠州博羅碧樂匯」,以打造鎮區級購物中心、滿足社區配套為目標。
另外,公司又就雅安廊橋完成項目簽約,結合雅安文化煥新商業發展活力,目標將原有項目升級為「雅州廊橋.沉浸式文旅街區」,打造雅安文商旅超級地標。
