ST明誠(600136.SH)：2023年亞洲盃易地舉辦將對FMA的經營造成一定影響
格隆匯10月17日丨ST明誠(600136.SH)公佈，2022年5月15日，公司在指定媒體披露了《關於2023年亞足聯亞洲盃易地舉辦對控股子公司經營情況影響的公吿》(公吿編號：臨2022-034號)。2022年10月17日，公司從亞洲足球聯合會(“亞足聯”)官方網站獲悉，原定於在中國舉辦的2023年亞洲盃將易地至卡塔爾舉辦。鑑於公司控股子公司Football Marketing AsiaLtd. (“FMA”)擁有2021-2028年亞足聯所有相關賽事的全球獨家商業權益(包含贊助權和版權)，因此2023年亞洲盃易地舉辦將對FMA的經營造成一定影響。
對FMA經營的具體影響：1、FMA目前擁有的亞足聯相關權益主要包括2021年1月1日至2028年12月31日亞足聯所有相關賽事的全球獨家商業權益(包含贊助權和版權)，其中包含的重大賽事有：2023年和2027年兩屆亞洲盃，2022年和2026年兩屆世界盃亞洲區資格賽及2021年至2028年期間的全部8屆亞冠聯賽等。
2、亞洲盃的舉辦週期為每4年一次，2023年亞洲盃現確定易地至卡塔爾舉辦，FMA還須就易地舉辦事項與相關贊助商、版權運營商以及各媒體平台進行溝通，以期減少相關事項對各方帶來的不利影響，故目前暫無法預測2023年亞足聯亞洲盃易地舉辦對FMA當期業績帶來的影響數據。敬請廣大投資者注意投資風險。
公司擬採取的措施：1、積極與各層級贊助商進行溝通。公司將積極與已簽署合作意向以及尚在洽談的各層級贊助商進行溝通，同時，公司也將積極向亞足聯轉達各贊助商的訴求，以便儘快開展易地舉辦後贊助商權益劃分等有關事宜。
2、積極與版權運營商以及各媒體平台進行溝通。為保證客户的利益不受損失，公司正積極與前期已達成合作意向的各播放平台進行溝通，使其能及時對原有的播出計劃進行調整，同時及時向其轉達亞足聯最新的相關消息。
3、積極與各協助單位進行溝通。由於目前2023年亞洲盃比賽地點已確定易地至卡塔爾舉辦，因此公司還需進一步確認舉辦的城市以及場館等，以便保證後續的相關工作能在最短時間內完成。
