機管局:相信本港航空樞紐地位不會因疫情而改變
機管局機場運行副總監姚兆聰指,長遠看好本港航空業前景,相信本港航空樞紐地位不會因疫情有所改變。
近日有航空公司撤出香港,姚兆聰指,機管局有通知航空公司本港的最新檢疫情況。他又指有航空公司提早復飛香港,相信航空公司會按需求及是否有利可圖作決定。
姚兆聰提到,隨著航空業逐步復常,觀察到歐洲部分機場一度出現混亂,機管局會留意香港機場的情況,並已經與民航處及航空公司商討聖誕期間航班安排,確保有足夠人員應付。
