歐盟擬對最大天然氣交易中心設定動態價格上限
格隆匯10月17日丨在一份文件草案中,歐盟委員會計劃提出一種機制,以遏制歐盟最大天然氣市場的價格波動,防止天然氣衍生品交易價格大幅上漲。歐盟委員會設計的這個臨時機制將對荷蘭天然氣交易中心(TTF)的交易設置動態價格限制,該交易中心的主要指數是歐洲所有天然氣交易的基準。歐盟委員會表示,“此舉將有助於避免極端波動、價格上漲以及投機活動”。該計劃將授權成員國聯合購買至少佔儲量15%的天然氣,允許企業組建一個歐洲財團。俄羅斯供應來源將被排除在外。草案在週二通過之前內容可能還會有所調整。
