據報天津首套房商貸利率再下調 降至最低3.9%
內媒報道,天津首套商業性個人住房貸款利率再度下調,最低由貸款市場報價利率(LPR)減20個基點,下調至LPR減40個基點,即首套房商貸利率降至最低3.9%。至於二套房商業性個人住房貸款利率沒有變動,仍為LPR加60個基點,即最低4.9%。該政策從今日(14日)起執行。
據報多間內銀包括工行(01398.HK)、農行(01288.HK)、中行(03988.HK)及建行(00939.HK)位於天津營業網點的工作人員均證實,此次首套房貸利率下調的通知剛剛下發,今日起執行。同時,天津首套房的認定資格已經調整,由「認房又認貸」改為「認房不認貸」,在天津市無房且名下住房貸款已經結清,就可以認定為首套房資格,享受較低利率。
