TCL電子(01070.HK)獲大股東及信託累計增持超1億股 彰顯對公司成長價值的信心

(2022年10月13日,香港)-- TCL電子控股有限公司(“TCL電子”或“公司”,股份代碼:01070.HK)欣然宣佈,自2022年中期業績公吿日(即2022年8月19日)至今,大股東TCL實業控股股份有限公司(“TCL控股”)增持TCL電子股份超2,500萬股。TCL控股於2021年8月宣佈增持計劃,自2021年年度業績公吿日(即2022年3月11日)至今,TCL控股已累計增持超9,000萬股,持股比例較2021年年度業績公吿日增加3.21個百分點。目前,TCL控股持有TCL電子股份超13.5億股,佔TCL電子已發行股份數目的54.03%。

同時,自2022年3月以來,公司委託信託人在公開市場購入超過1,600萬股TCL電子股份以作日後員工股份獎勵計劃用途。此外,公司董事會主席杜娟女士也以個人名義購入100萬股TCL電子股份。

大股東TCL控股與公司管理層均認為TCL電子中高端突破戰略成效卓越,產品高端化及大屏化成果顯著,經營質量明顯提升,光伏等創新業務快速發展,相信未來可為公司股東帶來長期持續增長和價值回報。TCL控股更表示,其對TCL電子現時及未來前景和成長價值充滿信心,其後將視乎市場情況進一步增持。

2022年上半年公司整體收入達336.79億港元,且得益於產品結構改善及原材料價格下降,公司毛利同比增長3.9%達57.82億港元,整體毛利率同比提升1.3個百分點至17.2%。截至2022年6月30日止六個月,公司扣非歸母淨利潤達2.57億港元,同比增長4.9%。

依託TCL全球品牌力、全產業鏈垂直一體化及全球渠道優勢,2022年上半年TCL電子顯示業務全球市場地位保持領先,產品結構升級帶動核心業務盈利逆勢增長。2022年上半年TCL智屏全球銷量達1,015萬台,其中65吋及以上智屏銷量同比增長36.9%至153萬台。據Omdia數據,2022年上半年,TCL智屏在全球LCD TV市場中,銷量市佔率提升0.4個百分點至11.5%,穩居全球第二,中國品牌第一。

同時,TCL電子積極拓寬業務邊界,憑藉上下游產業鏈優勢,從户用開局,拓展工商業務,快速進入分佈式光伏賽道,致力成為國內分佈式光伏第一梯隊,為全球化做好儲備。2022年上半年,公司光伏業務實現收入1.72億港元,且月度裝機訂單量及收入呈指數型增長。
