9月7日訊，華虹半導體(01347)公佈，由於該集團擬於日常及一般業務過程中向華虹置業租賃新增宿舍物業，華虹宏力已於2022年9月7日與華虹置業及華錦物業管理訂立補充協議，該協議將於2022年9月7日至2022年12月31日生效。因此，該公司亦就截至2022年12月31日止年度與華虹置業及華錦物業管理的交易建議新年度上限。華虹宏力將向華虹置業租賃新增宿舍物業，供華虹宏力員工使用。新增宿舍物業的總建築面積爲7726.32平方米。訂約方同意每平方米每天的租金(不含稅)爲人民幣1.81元，自2022年9月7日起至2022年12月31日生效，此後每叄年可通過補充協議協商調整。該集團將委聘華錦物業管理爲新增宿舍物業提供物業管理服務。新增宿舍物業的總建築面積爲7726.32平方米。訂約方同意每月管理費約爲人民幣6.08萬元。鑑於新增宿舍物業位於毗鄰華虹宏力主要營業地點的理想地段及容納華虹宏力僱員及爲華虹宏力提供員工宿舍的新增宿舍物業的重要性，董事認爲與華虹置業及華錦物業管理分別訂立補充協議對華虹宏力屬必要且有益。
