中遠海控(01919.HK):中國遠洋海運集團擬將公司5%A股無償劃轉至上汽總公司
中遠海控(01919.HK)(601919.SH)公布,其間接控股股東中國遠洋海運集團擬通過無償劃轉方式,將其持有的約8.05億股公司A股股份劃轉至上汽總公司,佔公司總股本的5%。是次無償劃轉事項尚需取得國有資產監督管理機構的批准。
公司指出,是次無償劃轉有助於穩固公司在汽車物流領域的領先地位,符合公司的定位及長期發展戰略,有助於公司進一步延伸拓展端到端全鏈路服務,為客戶打造更加安全、更有韌性的全球化、數碼化集裝箱供應鏈。
