國泰機師工會警告人手短缺嚴重 機票價格難回落
由國泰(00293.HK)機師組成的香港航空機組人員協會(HKAOA)警告,國泰面臨前所未有的人手及培訓短缺,這將導致機票價格居高不下,並威脅到香港重新成爲全球航空樞紐的地位。
工會稱,國泰的機長及副機長人數較兩年前大減40%,認爲公司未有準備好全面恢復營運,亦無法滿足需求復甦。
國泰上月表示,在放寬機組人員隔離規定後,預計年底的客運量將達到疫情前的三分之一,高於此前估計的四分之一,強調要循序漸進提升航空服務,因需要進行大量的機組人員培訓及調回停泊中的飛機。
