據報發展局研降舊區重建強拍門檻 傳東九龍過山線有結果
據報,發展局局長甯漢豪於第三次立法會前廳交流會向立法會議員透露,當局將研究降低舊區重建的強拍門檻,根據樓齡而定,樓齡越高強拍門檻可能降得越低,同時亦會研究為受強拍影響的小業主提供支援,但未提及何時會推行。
另外,有議員引述運輸及物流局局長林世雄表示,東九龍過山線將會有令人滿意的結果。
據了解,政府於《鐵路發展策略2014》提出興建一條行走於東九龍北部新鐵路,連接鑽石山站及寶琳站,途經順利、秀茂坪等。之後亦有消息指,新方案將以寶達為終點,不會駛入寶琳。
