恆生:本港全年經濟或收縮0.8%
恆生銀行(00011.HK)經濟研究部發表報告指,基於政府的刺激經濟措施及勞工市場改善,預期今年下半年香港經濟較上半年爲佳,但由於首季經濟收縮,全年經濟或錄得0.8%負增長。
報告指,環球經濟放緩已然開始壓抑需求,年初至今,本港出口按年下跌2.9%,進口則下挫2.1%。儘管經濟面對不少困難,但政府10月發放第二期的消費券,作爲其刺激經濟措施的一部分。財政司司長指出,這將爲經濟注入150億元。該行計算這相當於去年零售銷售貨值約4%。
報告指,勞工市場持續改善及防疫措施有望進一步放寬,有助本港經濟從今年首季備受疫情影響之後復甦。
