《本地樓市》嘉里建設(00683.HK)九龍塘「緹山」5.08億標售出最後一伙別墅 創九龍區洋房成交價新高
嘉里建設(00683.HK)半山住宅項目「緹山」今日(3日)透過招標方式售出項目最後一伙別墅,該別墅為別墅1號,實用面積為7,171平方呎,屬五房五套房間隔,連帶3個住宅停車位,以5.08億元成交,平均實用呎價約70,841元,創出項目成交價新高,以及一手住宅銷售條例實施後九龍區一手洋房成交價新高。
該項目於今年共錄得9宗成交,總成交金額逾15億元。項目提供45伙,目前累售38伙,佔全盤逾84%單位,當中包括5幢別墅、14座洋房、2伙頂層特色大宅、14伙標準分層單位以及3伙地下連花園單位,總成交金額逾63億元。現時項目僅餘7伙單位待售,其中包括6伙標準分層單位及1伙地下連花園單位。
