金融股拖累恆指跌逾200點屢尋底 惟主要內房及物管股普遍續彈逾4%-12%
美國上週五經濟數據表現參差,但通脹數據高預期,市場繼續憂慮聯儲局11月維持進取加息抗通脹或致經濟衰退。美股三大指數繼上週五低收續跌逾1.5%,道指期貨窄幅逆彈0.1%報28,836。亞太股市今天普遍受壓,但日經收復曾跌逾300點所有失地倒升0.6%報26,088。 恆指在科指、國指、工商、公用及金融依次跌0.8%-1.9%拖累,由早段曾倒升至17,252後,掉頭低見16,985屢創近11年低,現報17,011,跌211點或1.2%,總成交額336億元。藍籌金融股齊跌逾1%-3%,匯控(00005.HK)及中國平安(02318.HK)最傷,報40.05元及37.75元,挫2.9%及3.7%。 然而,繼上週內地放寬部份城市首套房貸利率下限及財政部推出明年底前居民換購住房可享退稅優惠後,據外電引述消息指當局近期也要求六間國有銀行在年內陷入財困的向房地產行業提供至少6,000億人民幣融資,以解決流動性危機。 內房股延續上週五彈勢,尤其是合景泰富(01813.HK)及旭輝(00884.HK)高見1.1元及0.9元,現報1.09元及0.89元,續彈12%及11%。寶龍地產(01238.HK)最高見0.89元剛爲10天線,現報0.88元,續升10%;雅居樂(03383.HK)續彈9.2%曾高見2.02元。新城發展(01030.HK)續彈6.5%高見1.99元。 藍籌中海外(00688.HK)、碧桂園(02007.HK)及龍湖(00960.HK)續彈5.9%-7.3%,分別高見1.95元、22元及24.5元,前者股價重越10天線(21.35元)。藍籌內房潤地(01109.HK)、萬科(02202.HK)、富力(02777.HK)及中海宏洋(00081.HK)續彈逾4%。 物管股也普遍跟隨內房續彈,尤其是藍籌碧桂園服務(06098.HK)曾急漲15%高見13.26元,現報12.6元,續彈9%。世茂服務(00873.HK)、保利物業(06049.HK)、雅生活(03319.HK)、融創服務(01516.HK)及旭輝永升服務(01995.HK)續彈逾4%-6%,分別高見44.95元、6.7元、2.17元及3.17元。然而,新城悅服務(01755.HK)反覆續跌6.8%報5.34元創逾三年低。
