嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)今起港美雙重上市 料近期或獲納入深港通及滬港通
嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)公佈,公司自願將其在聯交所的第二上市地位轉換爲主板主要上市的事項,於今日(3日)生效。公司現爲在香港的聯交所及美國的納斯達克全球精選市場雙重主要上市的公司。
公司在香港聯交所上市的Z類普通股及其在納斯達克全球精選市場報價的美國存託股可予互相轉換。
此外,公司主席兼首席執行官陳睿表示,公司在聯交所上市的Z類普通股有可能在近期獲得被納入深港通及滬港通計劃的資格,將使內地的合格投資者有機會能夠直接交易公司股份。
