海昌海洋公園(02255.HK)擬攜手富士膠片及歐力士(中國)實業在以透明投影膜產品為核心多領域內開展合作
格隆匯9月27日丨海昌海洋公園(02255.HK)公吿，集團於近期與富士膠片(中國)投資有限公司及歐力士(中國)實業控股有限公司簽署合作框架協議，在以透明投影膜產品為核心的多領域內合作發展。
根據該協議，三方發揮各自產品技術優勢、產業與市場資源優勢，針對富士膠片的透明投影膜產品，深入合作，拓展中國市場業務("該業務")。在推進該業務過程中，富士膠片作為產品的生產方，提供品質穩定的產品以及相關技術支持；集團與歐力士實業充分發揮中國市場資源優勢，打造透明投影膜在中國海洋公園、水族館領域應用的標杆項目，通過標杆項目的示範效應，併發揮歐力士實業多領域的產業資源，共同擴大透明投影膜產品在中國市場的推廣。
同時，集團與歐力士實業亦積極拓展其他領域，包括但不限於開展在商業設施中的娛樂場所╱娛樂設施、廣吿、VR、數字藝術領域(統稱"商業設施領域")的中國內地市場拓展。據此，富士膠片同意，在該協議約定的合作期限，集團與歐力士實業成為富士膠片透明投影膜產品在中國內地商業設施領域的中國市場代理。集團將發揮工程技術優勢，推進透明投影膜工程項目的實施。如該協議所協定，三方的合作期限自2022年8月1日起至2023年7月31日止。
富士膠片是富士膠片株式會社為擴大中國大陸地區事業在中國上海成立的獨資公司，主營業務包括數碼相機、影像、醫療、印刷、高性能材料、光學元器件等。
歐力士實業為歐力士集團在中國內陸地區業務營業統括平台(投資、融資租賃等)。歐力士集團是最早進入中國的外資企業之一。目前主要有股權投資，融資租賃和結構融資業務。
董事會認為，富士膠片擁有全球領先的技術優勢及行業經驗，歐力士實業在中日跨國經營及產業協同發展領域擁有豐富的經驗。此次合作是集團科技創新的又一舉措，通過透明投影膜在海洋公園及水族館的應用，向遊客推廣海洋文化，提升環境及動物保護意識，有助於鞏固集團在海洋主題旅遊領域的龍頭地位、強化品牌影響力並豐富市場資源。
此外，與歐力士實業合作拓展透明投影膜在中國內地商業設施領域的落地，為實現透明投影膜產業化應用打造良好基礎。
