王子新材(002735.SZ)：擬取得成都高斯51%股權、進一步延伸現有軍工科技板塊業務
格隆匯9月27日丨王子新材(002735.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司武漢中電華瑞科技發展有限公司(“中電華瑞”)擬以股權轉讓與增資的方式收購成都高斯智慧電子科技有限公司(“成都高斯”)51%股權。其中，中電華瑞擬以人民幣300萬元受讓鄭餘持有的成都高斯9.80%的股權，以人民幣200萬元受讓王曉曦持有的成都高斯6.53%的股權。成都高斯其他股東同意放棄優先購買權。同時，中電華瑞對成都高斯增資人民幣2167萬元，成都高斯其他股東同意放棄對成都高斯同比例增資的權利。上述股權轉讓與增資完成後，中電華瑞將持有成都高斯51%的股權。同時授權管理層處理本次投資有關事宜。
成都高斯成立於2019年，核心團隊來自電子科技大學，主營業務為數據鏈通信終端、外軍模擬器終端、高效射頻功放、嵌入式AI產品，是一家集設計、研發於一體的高科技企業。公司擁有十餘項技術專利和軟著等知識產權，通過GJB9001C-2017質量體系認證。
成都高斯80%以上的研發人員擁有博士、碩士學歷，研發實力強。研發人員均在業內從事相關行業數年，經過多年的技術積累，及對關鍵技術的積極攻關，在抗干擾通信、數據鏈、自組網、數字信號處理、射頻功放等方面技術處於國內領先或者全球先進水平。
成都高斯已與國內軍工領域眾多科研院所、科技公司建立了長期穩定的技術與產品合作關係，服務客户包括中國電子科技集團、中國航天科工集團、中國兵器集團、航空工業集團、軍事科學院、國防科技大學、陸軍工程大學、南京郵電大學等國內的著名科技公司和一流高校，產品贏得了客户的一致好評。並且，與國內多家頂尖高校的教授團隊建立長期戰略合作關係。
