熱點掃描 | 黃金股跌幅擴大，美元和美債保持強勢
uSMART盈立智投9月26日消息，截止發稿，港股三大指數漲跌不一，恆生指數漲0.55%，報18026.33點，成交額399.13億；國企指數漲1.38%，報6199.66點，成交額116.64億；紅籌指數跌0.03%，報3509.18點，成交額20.26億。
內房股普漲，龍湖集團、碧桂園漲4%，禹洲集團、綠景中國、合景泰富集團、華潤置地、中國海外發展漲3%，銀保監會相關部門負責人23日表示，房地產金融化泡沫化勢頭得到實質性扭轉，增量風險已基本控制，存量風險化解正有序推進，部分大中型企業債務風險平穩化解，截至今年8月末，市場化法治化債轉股落地金額約2萬億元；
汽車股進一步走高 ，小鵬汽車漲幅擴大至10%，理想汽車漲5.88%，長城汽車漲近3%，比亞迪股份漲2.18%；
旅遊觀光股進一步拉昇，途屹控股漲超18%，專業旅運漲超16%，東瀛遊漲超7%，香港中旅漲超6%，攜程集團和縱橫遊控股漲超4%，同程旅行漲近3%，香港宣佈防疫措施調整後，旅遊平臺上國際飛往香港的航線搜索量暴增；
黃金股跌幅擴大，紫金礦業跌近6%，山東黃金和招金礦業等均跌超2%，美元和美債利率在美國經濟仍具有韌性且聯儲保持緊縮的狀態下將繼續維持強勢，黃金確立下破支撐位後下方空間將進一步打開。

上週五創出階段新低後，騰訊今日迎強勢反彈，盤中一度漲超4%報286.8港元，據統計，騰訊已連續25個交易日回購，共計2859萬股，耗資87.94億港元，另外，南下資金已連續21日淨買入騰訊，累計約68.3931億港元。還值得注意的是，騰訊已定於11月16日公佈三季報；
美團強勢拉昇，盤中大漲超6%至170.6港元，攜程上週四公佈優於市場預期的業績，以及管理層對第三季業務展望正面，令美團的酒店及旅遊分部、民宿以及交通票務等相關業務獲市場看好，此外，摩根士丹利預計，美團第三季因良性競爭令補貼率同比保持在較低水平，經營溢利率將繼續同比改善，因此，美團的外賣業務也同樣可看俏，摩根士丹利也預計，美團原有及新業務兩方收入均有增長動力，推動核心業務經營溢利增長，以及新業務經營虧損不斷收窄。
