《大行報告》高盛:香港通關初期 太古(00019.HK)和太古地產(01972.HK)最直接受惠
高盛發表研究報告指,香港政府上周五(23日)宣布放寬防疫措施至「0+3」安排,惟大多本地傳媒已提前報道有關消息,故該行對此未有太大意外;隨著世界各地越來越多國家及地區取消其防疫限制,香港僅跟隨而已,以穩固其競爭力以及和世界接軌,同時這亦是香港政府期望不用走回頭路及再次收緊相關政策。
該行指,現時抵港旅遊限制已放寬,並考慮到過去兩年宏觀環境的變化、美聯儲基準利率大幅上升、以及基於貨幣掛鉤,香港利率亦相對地較高,故認為在香港通關初期,太古(00019.HK)和太古地產(01972.HK)最直接受惠,主是兩者均涉足航空公司、酒店和商廈領域。而在較後階段,該行預料在明年上半年,香港與內地邊境或將會重新開放;料九倉置業(01997.HK)、希慎(00014.HK)、友邦(01299.HK)、港鐵(00066.HK)及保誠(02378.HK)可受惠。
