華鼎股份(601113.SH):東方證券將通過執行司法裁定方式獲得5.48%公司股份
格隆匯9月23日丨華鼎股份(601113.SH)公佈,近期,公司原控股股東三鼎控股集團有限公司(簡稱“三鼎控股”)根據法院裁定批准的《重整計劃》,將扣除重整投資人受讓的股權後的剩餘部分向三鼎控股債權人進行分配。此次劃轉涉及77名債權人,其中,東方證券股份有限公司(簡稱“東方證券”)作為三鼎控股有特定財產擔保債權人,將通過執行司法裁定的方式獲得華鼎股份無限售流通股62,522,693股(佔公司總股本的5.48%),成為公司持股5%以上股東。
