天齊鋰業(002466.SZ)：擬以不超1億美元作為基石投資者、參與中創新航港股發行
格隆匯9月21日丨天齊鋰業(002466.SZ)公佈，公司於2022年9月21日召開第五屆董事會第三十次會議，審議通過了《關於作為基石投資者參與中創新航香港首次公開發行的議案》，公司全資子公司天齊鋰業香港有限公司(“天齊鋰業香港”)擬使用自有資金不超過1億美元(按照2022年9月20日中國外匯交易中心受權公佈的人民幣匯率中間價折算，摺合人民幣約6.95億元；包括經紀佣金、香港聯合交易所有限公司(“聯交所”)交易費、香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會(“證監會”)交易徵費、財務彙報局交易徵費等)作為基石投資者參與認購中創新航科技股份有限公司(“中創新航”)在聯交所的首次公開發行股份，並於2022年9月21日與中創新航、華泰金融控股(香港)有限公司(“華泰金控”)及其他包銷商(如適用)共同簽署《基石投資協議》。
作為雙方戰略關係的延續，此次天齊鋰業香港擬出資不超過1億美元作為基石投資者參與中創新航港股發行，有利於維護和鞏固公司與對方的戰略合作紐帶，加深雙方互信互利的關係，發揮雙方在資源整合、技術支持、業務協同等方面競爭優勢，進一步推進雙方在電池材料領域的合作。
